Listen to Esmee who shares how her family circumstance meant that she became an advocate for change which resulted in working as a campaigner for a number of national and international organisations. Knowing that campaigners can have a lot of energy for the external factors they are trying to influence, she realised from her experience that they needed support internally as well.

So in 2018 Esmee transitioned into coaching, and trained as a professional life coach which enables her to work with individuals especially those as 'change makers' on a 1-2-1 basis to take the time to learn about their selves and understand what they need to show up as their authentic self and to remove the barriers which stop them performing at their best.

And it was a moment (not a midlife crisis) where he decided to reflect and look up from the desk, and being inspired by the book The Restless Executive by Jo Simpson - which started the journey of cementing him becoming a coach. So Paul pursued training through the ILM, and now coaches leaders in a holistic way.
